During this   hard times we have  reinforced our  security measures. Among  all  the things we  do are :

• Sanitization of  tables and  menus  in between ever costumer 
• Social distancing measures between tables
• We reduced  our capacity   to serve less than  80 personas  at the same time
• The air is  constantly   treated with ozone 
• We  use  alcohol 80 % based  hand sanitizer  every time  we go to the tables
• We have available alcohol  based hand sanitizer in all of our entrance  points 
• We sanitize our uniforms  constantly during the shift 
• We use  a profesional  service Nikro  to  sanitize   walls  with more  than 10  years experience 
• All of our staff has the proper   mandatory trainings
• We encourage the use of electronic   no touch menus 
• All  of our condiments are served  on individual portions 
•  The  use of a face mask is  mandatory  on premise
